Our Story

Howard McCulloch, P.E., PTOE, formed NE Roundabouts in the spring of 2003 and incorporated in 2014.   NE Roundabouts is dedicated to providing exceptional roundabout and most other transportation related services to our clients. Our journey began over 20 years ago with a few roundabout design and analysis training workshops.  Since then, we have been committed to delivering top-notch services to our clients.
